What is the TASSIMO Hot Beverage System?

How does TASSIMO use real liquid milk?
The Answer:

Designed and developed by Kraft Foods, the technology of the TASSIMO Hot Beverage System uses shelf stable concentrated liquid milk T DISCS for beverages such as cappuccinos and lattes. The milk product was perfected by building on the extensive experience Kraft Foods has in dairy production.

How should I clean my TASSIMO machine?
The Answer:

The Tassimo machine requires very little maintenance although it is recommended to insert the re-usable cleaning disc (supplied with machine upon purchase) in the machine every seven days. The bar code reader should be cleaned with a damp soft cloth. All of the removable parts are hand washable and all, except the water container, are dishwasher safe.
