Way too much chocolate
I love chocolate! But this is over the top chocolatey. I love the caramel which has been out of stock for months so i bought this when it finally came in. Even my kids who have a big sweet tooth think its too sweet. I have to add a latte milk creamer to it to make it bearable, but that is too big for a mug with the espresso which I can't even taste over the chocolate. Not for me.

Good Mocha with a little extra work
As packaged, not great. But you can enhance this product with a little more work. After brewing the espresso and chocolate syrup discs, add a latte milk disc and then a little of the powdered milk creamer. It then turns into a wonderful, drinkable mocha.

The only thing better than this is the peppermint Mocha
All of the Gevalia espresso drinks are very good and when you add chocolate syrup it just makes them even more tasty. The only drink better is the seasonal peppermint mocha which has a delicious aroma, but not as much mint flavor as you'd like. I also recommend mixing the chocolate discs with milk discs and creating your own drink varieties. These espresso drinks are so good you don't even have to add any sugar or flavoring (although I recommend some whip cream if you're in the mood).

I don't have to go to the coffee shop!
When making a mocha at home with my tassimo I was able to make a "good" mocha using the gevalia espresso and the succhard chocolate syrup. I don't know if this combo is different but it definately tastes better. If I'm craving a mocha at night and don't want to head out to the coffee shop, I make one of these. I hope it gets off backorder soon!!!
