This is my 3rd Tassimo and I wished I'd gone with another brand. We got Tassimo to have Starbucks, which is no longer available. Hate Gevalia products, and Maxwell House is what we have to use now. But can only get MH products online, and they're not that good.
The new machine is pretty but not functional. The chrome has to be wiped with each use. Cup stand hard to remove.
The water reservoir is just plain stupid - it's behind where you have to pull out the machine to see the water level then you have to tilt it to get it out and in, resulting in spilled water everywhere. The last version with the handle made so much sense.
The add water button is gone, and even pressing the "+" doesn't always give a full cup. This was the most $$$ option and not worth the money.

Now that we've had this machine for several weeks I'll give it a review.
I use it primarily to make coffee, and I use the Tim Horton (regular coffee) discs, and my wife loves her Skinny Cappuccino. I did have a couple of the Tim Horton discs fail at the first attempt at making a cup, but I kept the disc and used it on the second cup I made and it worked. Haven't had to throw away any discs as one reviewer mentioned.
Regarding the cup stand and drip tray; after using several cup sizes I find this to work quite well. easy to rotate to a higher setting, and I just pop it out then grab the drip tray by the front and slightly lift and pull. I clean it out regularly. and it's easy to pop back into place I've found.
Filling the tank also isn't an issue for me since I use our old coffee maker pop to get cold filtered water from the fridge and fill the tank. Sometimes when I'm in a hurry I just tilt the tank back and fill it with the pot!
Overall we're very happy with the machine, makes great coffee and is easy to use.
The only issue I may have is the size of the tank, but I do like fresh water and we don't use a full tank for the 2 of us so really does work out.
I could easily give it 5 stars, but I guess there's always room for improvment!
We bought the Bosch Brand after looking at several others, and the advice of a couple employees who stated that it was the machine they had least amount of returns because of quality issues.

This product was recommended to us by a friend. After we got home from a cruise we ordered it and are very satisfied with the product and enjoying the espresso very much!
we like the appearance of the product, it is easy to clean and easy to use!

This coffee maker with it techno side has produced some enjoyable morning moments in the last 3 months. I received it as a Christmas gift from my wife but was able to enjoy it until I got back in town at the end of January. The taste of the brews, the correct temperature for the different brews have made morning beverage drinking very enjoyable. My only concern is availability of parts and products. I am wondering when they will have the blank t-discs for this machine--they have it for all others. Also the ordering process and shipment process seem cumbersome. If you have a hot product and want it to survive then availability is the utmost--availabilty is why Keurig has flooded the market but once you check out the quality and performance you get on your horse and run. Everyone know that Tassimo(Bosch) is a quality product but if availability is not there I fear it will go the way of the dodo Bird.
