The T55 brews such good coffee that I have been using it much more than I would use any other coffee drip maker. I have had the T55 for about 6 months. I find the reservoir very easy to fill and load and it's not a big deal to refill it when it's getting on empty. I also like the plus and minus buttons to give you a larger drink or a smaller one. The taste of the espressos and cappuccinos on this machine rival my much older revered espresso/cappuccino machine where I have to foam my own milk. The drinks I've tried have been great quality although I have my favorites. I like the coffee selection, but Tassimo you need to get more variety in the teas. Only one tea I can find - English Breakfast Tea - and I don't care for chai, so I am disappointed about that. More availability and choice is what is going to keep the sales up on the Tassimo! And at the local Bed Bath and Beyond where I can purchase T-discs, they are loaded up on all the current Keurig selections, but missing some of the drink selections for the Tassimo. Why is that?
All in all I have had great success with the T55 and recommend it without hesitation!

I love the new sleek design. But, I am wondering why the new design has bright shiny chrome like lever.....finger prints, and smudges? Obviously the designer doesn't use this or she would know that was not the brightest idea. However, I love my Tassimo and would buy it again knowing it will just need more TLC than my old one. The one inconvenient thing is FINDING the coffee in an emergency....I order on line most of the time.

This is my 3rd Tassimo and I wished I'd gone with another brand. We got Tassimo to have Starbucks, which is no longer available. Hate Gevalia products, and Maxwell House is what we have to use now. But can only get MH products online, and they're not that good.
The new machine is pretty but not functional. The chrome has to be wiped with each use. Cup stand hard to remove.
The water reservoir is just plain stupid - it's behind where you have to pull out the machine to see the water level then you have to tilt it to get it out and in, resulting in spilled water everywhere. The last version with the handle made so much sense.
The add water button is gone, and even pressing the "+" doesn't always give a full cup. This was the most $$$ option and not worth the money.

Now that we've had this machine for several weeks I'll give it a review.
I use it primarily to make coffee, and I use the Tim Horton (regular coffee) discs, and my wife loves her Skinny Cappuccino. I did have a couple of the Tim Horton discs fail at the first attempt at making a cup, but I kept the disc and used it on the second cup I made and it worked. Haven't had to throw away any discs as one reviewer mentioned.
Regarding the cup stand and drip tray; after using several cup sizes I find this to work quite well. easy to rotate to a higher setting, and I just pop it out then grab the drip tray by the front and slightly lift and pull. I clean it out regularly. and it's easy to pop back into place I've found.
Filling the tank also isn't an issue for me since I use our old coffee maker pop to get cold filtered water from the fridge and fill the tank. Sometimes when I'm in a hurry I just tilt the tank back and fill it with the pot!
Overall we're very happy with the machine, makes great coffee and is easy to use.
The only issue I may have is the size of the tank, but I do like fresh water and we don't use a full tank for the 2 of us so really does work out.
I could easily give it 5 stars, but I guess there's always room for improvment!
We bought the Bosch Brand after looking at several others, and the advice of a couple employees who stated that it was the machine they had least amount of returns because of quality issues.
