I wish I had my T65 back, but
I have the T55 now, and it has two major flaws that I can see. First, you have to remove the water tank to refill it with water which is a real pain. My old T65 you didn't have to remove from unit. Second: The cup holder is a real pain to get out and adjust and replace. Not the case with my old unit T65.
If Tassimo can fix these two major issues, the unit would be great, or bring back the T65 model.

The coffee is just not hot enough
It's good if you're in a rush and don't have time to use a good old-fashioned percolator ( ( I love my coffee and nothing beats a percolator). If I do use the machine, and I used it a lot more when I first got it, I boil the coffee after I get it from the machine to get it at a good , hot temperature. Well, being that I go to the trouble of doing that I now just brew my coffee most of the time with the percolator. And I save a lot of money monthly doing that.

I have had the T-55 for one year now. It has basically worked flawlessly for this year. Yes, once in a while I do not shut the lid correctly or have to push a button twice, but it really has not been an issue. The reason I purchased a Tassimo over a Keurig is the ability to make espresso as well as other teas and coffees. However, Keurig puts Tassimo to shame on the variety and especially the availability of products. Currently my options are order online or buy from World Market/Cost Plus. I would think Tassimo could expand its product availability. I was also disheartened when Starbucks pulled its support of Tassimo when they unveiled their Verisimo machine.
