Just bought the T20 with a year's worth of espresso and hot chocolate, with the intent of using a regular pot brew system for regular drip coffee and Tassimo for "specialty" beverages.
I picked the Suchard because Milka had less than stellar reviews. For an extremely processed product, it tastes very much like regular hot chocolate and has natural cocoa aroma. No odd or synthetic tastes...which is most of the battle won. Maybe it's me but I felt that flavor was a bit weak...I would have liked the chocolate to attack my senses and make me delirious, but that was a long shot with this type of system anyway. So all in all, it is a good cup of HC with a press of a button...money well spent. I will probably get some cocoa powder to enhance this little baby to my taste.

We haven't tried the Milka Hot Chocolate and with how much we all love Suchard, I don't if I'll even bother. I like that it's a chocolate syrup and not powder. It's perfect everytime. My husband swears it's the best hot chocolate he's had. I put a little milk and/or whipped cream in it for my son to cool it down quicker and to cut some of the sweetness. Aside from that, it's a family favorite!
