Rated 1 out of 5 by New Cappuccino Foaming is not good... I have to agree with everyone else's comments of late. Since the recall and release of new Cappuccino Milk Creamers something is wrong. I used to get great froth on top and a really nice taste but now there is virtually no froth, sometimes white blobs of something floating on the top and the flavour is definitely off. Whatever has been done it better get fixed or I am bailing for another machine (not Keurig) that makes good Cappuccinos fast and affordably. Very disappointed - in fact I am not buying any more discs until I see an acknowledgement of the issue and an indication of a pending fix. If this doesn't happen in reasonably short order I am done with Tassimo. Frustrating as the frothy milk products were what set them apart in the first place!! August 2, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Only Creamer Available I miss the creamer from the Starbucks Tassimo drinks. They had a better flavor. This product is ok, but it could use a better flavor. Of course, it's on backorder now, because it is the ONLY creamer available now. Fix the backorder issue. I have TONS of Espresso and ZERO creamer to go with it. July 19, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Cappucinos and Lattes I loved Starbucks Lattes and Cappuccinos. To me Gevalia does not compare to Starbucks, much weaker. Ever since you stopped making Starbucks brand lattes and cappuccinos I switched to Gevalia and now that brand is also not available in stores. Now my Tassimo has been out of use for a very long time. Just taking space on my counter reminding me of the better days. Please bring back Starbucks lattes and cappuccinos!!! July 16, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Since the recall very poor quality cappuccino Don't know what you've done since the recall but all of the cappuccinos are weak and somewhat tasteless. Maxwell House Cappuccino Machiato was great and now not offered. Jacobs tastes like water. It's very simple. Fix the problem or loose customers. I will not recommend Tassimo to anyone til this is resolved. Eventually I will stop purchasing. July 10, 2012
