How to Make It

Not a Good One Dear Tassimo, I do not understand why you chose to sweeten this product? It has a terrible fake aftertaste which is not at all appealing. This goes for the Raspberry one as well. I am not sure I understand how this passed a consumer taste test? Why not make this product unsweetened? Let the consumer choose whether or not they will add Sugar, Splenda, Equal or Sweet-n-low. I am a huge supporter of Tassimo products, but this one as well as the Raspberry Tea completely miss the mark. June 28, 2012
Way Too Sweet, Nasty Fake Sugar The peach flavor is subtle and the tea flavor is even more subtle. The overwhelming flavor in this drink is the fake sugar, which ruins everything. It would be nice if this was just peach tea with no sweeteners of any kind so that the consumer can sweeten to taste. This is the first Tassimo product I have ever tried that I can’t recommend. The second is going to be the raspberry tea when I write that review. June 28, 2012
Some people don't LIKE "sweet tea" -- I'm one of them I like peach tea. I like iced tea. When I saw this offering, I was enthused. And then I saw that it was sweetened. And then I read a review that indicated that the sweetening agent was sucralose. Two strikes does it for me. I don't LIKE sweet tea. Even if I did, I would want to add my own sweetening agent of choice Sucralose sounded good when it first came out. But I am one of several people I know who can taste it as something other than sweet. For me, it leaves a nasty metallic taste in my mouth. So, I will not be buying either the peach or the raspberry iced tea. In my opinion, it should carry that "yucky face" they put on poisons to discourage kids from drinking them. June 27, 2012
very sweet I knew from the description that the tea was sweetened, and I assumed with artificial sweetners, but I had no idea how sweet it actually was! I have to add at least a cup of water to tone it down and even then it is a little too sweet for my taste. The flavor is good, and with lots of extra water I can manage the sweetness. This is also the case with the raspberry iced tea. Just a warning. June 25, 2012
