How to Make It
  1. Place a cup (11 fl oz) on the stand.
  2. Insert the Twinings® English Breakfast Tea T DISC into the brewer; when the green Auto light comes on, press the button.
  3. Allow your cup to fill, then take a sip of this perk-me-up, flavorful tea.

About the TASSIMO System

ENJOY GLOBAL VARIETY. The TASSIMO Home Brewing System by Bosch makes one perfect cup at a time with the ease of T DISC technology. T DISCs are filled with fresh coffee or espresso grounds, tea leaves or milk creamer (which the system froths for the perfect cappuccino or latte). Slip in your favorite T DISC and in just about a minute, your brewer makes coffee (iced or hot), tea, cappuccino, latte, crema, mocha, espresso or hot chocolate just to your liking.

ASK FOR THE BARCODE. Each T DISC uses a special barcode that tells your brewer exactly what to do: the size of the drink, the amount of water required, its optimal temperature, and how long to brew it. It's like the know-how of a seasoned barista right at home. All the brewing happens inside the T DISC, keeping the machine clean and ready to use. You can also manually control the strength of your drink with the press of a button.

It's short on delivery Basically I like the tea, but with Tassimo it's Hobson's choice. You get two-thirds of a cup which is my real complaint. I did talk to your rep. some months ago and he very kindly sent me a couple of free packs. I thought that this might prompt you to change the bar-code to increase the quantity dispensed. But this hasn't happened so I have to wait for 'Automatic' to finish and then press the button on Manual. I drink my tea black but I still think two-thirds of a cup is a bit of a swick! Very nice tea! This is my favorite Tassimo tea, on the stronger side, but not bitter & holds up very well to milk if that's what you prefer. It's nice & rich tasting and I recommend it! October 24, 2012
Just like it's from the kettle My husband is the coffee drinker in the house. We decided to try the tea, after using Kcups at the office and friends home the tea were awful, they had a coffee taste and aroma. We've have our system since early July and brew a lot of beverages and we have never had any flavor from one to another. We've tried every beverage tassimo offers. But we were nervous about the tea and shouldn't have been its excellent. Saves us time in the morning now too! Great taste and no hint of any other beverage. October 24, 2012
Too weak I like a strong black tea that holds up to milk. This one is just too weak compared to what I can brew with loose tea or even tea bags. July 1, 2012

English Breakfast Tea is perfect for any time of the day, and I prefer it over coffee for breakfast. It has a much richer, stronger taste than Earl Grey. Earl Grey is best used as an afternoon refreshment tea with a plain cookie or shortbread.

Hi - I am a Twinings English Breakfast Tea drinker... I have a Tassimo Machine but have never tried the English Breakfast Tassimo kind... I drink the Twinings English Breakfast Tea that's in the RED BOX.... Is this the same as the tea shown here on this page? I have NOT a clue and I really cant find where it says, yes this is the same tea that is sold in stores in the RED BOX AND ALSO THE TEA BAG IN A RED ENVELOPE..

I just wanted to double check because..I wasn't sure why they'd make the packaging look so different for the tassimo T-disks you know?? Doesn't really look anything like what the normal Twinings English Breakfast tea looks like in stores....

If someone would let me know, id really appreciate it.

Yes. They taste the same to me and really good for a coffe maker. The earl grey is great too. We are just purchasing the green tea today to try that one.
