How do I register and/or manage my account online?

After you register online, you can:

What is TASSIMO's return & exchanges policy?
All products come with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a TASSIMO purchase, simply contact us at 1-877-TDISCS1 (1-877-834-7271) within 45 days of receiving the product to exchange product or return it for a full refund, less any shipping and handling charges you may have incurred.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Upon completion of your online order, we will show you a confirmation page summarizing your order, including a confirmation number, which you can print for your files. We will also send an order confirmation email with the same summary to the email address noted in your order. When your order ships, you’ll receive a ship confirmation as well.
Items on Back Order
If your order contains and item that is no longer in stock or on backorder, TASSIMO will split your shipment and send the available items first, followed by your backordered items as soon as they are available. They will be sent at no additional shipping cost. If an item is not available within the 45 day timeframe, that item will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged. This cancellation does not apply to auto-delivery orders.
Does TASSIMO collect state tax?
By law we are required to collect applicable sales taxes on most non-food items in AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MN, NE, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, WI and WV. This calculation will be completed by our system after you have entered your shipping information for each order and will be displayed in Step 2 (Billing) of the Checkout Process.
