Yum!
My favorite coffee shop drink is Mocha. This is a good at-home version.
Tassimo -- Can you create a new version including caramel espresso? That way I can have a caramel mocha. People would love it!

Very good flavor
I purchased the Bosch T55 system today as a replacement for an older machine, and a package of this Gevalia Mocha to try for the first time. I was quite surprised by the taste. I'm not a big coffee adventurer so I wasn't sure that I was going to like it but now I think I found a new favorite! I experimented a little with my second cup and added about an ounce of chocolate milk and that flavor is just Deluxe!

Can you provide any info as to either of my two questions? I'd like to know what is causing the lack of availability. Have they found out something about the product that we should all know?
Secondly, I have been waiting a month for my order for this item to fill, and to date I have no estimate of the time frame for shipment. Any guidance? This one product was the reason I purchased the brewer, and now I can't get the product.

I'm not from Tassimo, so I can't say for sure, but I would assume the backorder is because the espresso disks are affected by the manufacturing recall? I too would like to know when they're available! I love these drinks. For now you should try making an espresso with Mastro Lorenzo and heating up your own milk with chocolate chips and putting them together. It's really really good, but does take a little more time.1 year, 3 months ago
Answer:
As one of the other answers stated, definitely try Bed Bath and Beyond. I was just at my local BBB today and they had tons of this flavor - which I bought half of!I don't work for this company, but have worked in manufacturing for many years and there are generally two reasons for lack of availability for a product - problems with suppliers or equipment issues. The manufacturer may only have one or two machines that run the T-discs and if that machine is down for any reason, you're going to have a product shortage. The same goes for the people who supply the chocolate syrup or the coffee grounds or the printed foil or the injection molded discs - any issues with one component that goes into making this product and you will not be able run.
Hopefully this product won't be on back order for long because it is very delicious!

The Suchard Chocolate seems to be really watery, I guess it's what they consider to be hot chocolate in Europe. In America we are used to a milk based hot chocolate, not water based. How does this stack up? Is this also watery?

Answer:
Sadly, it's just as watery as the Suchard. Stick with making your own mocha using your own syrup until they can get this right.1 year, 3 months ago

No the Gevalia Mocha will not work with the Tassimo Professional Brewer. The Brewers require their unique bar coded T Discs.1 year, 2 months ago
