  • This package contains 12 Gevalia Dark Breakfast Blend T DISCS, so you can wake to extra-bold cups of comfort, day after day
  • Each T DISC makes an 8 fl oz cup of coffee
How to Make It
  1. Place your favorite 11 fl oz mug on the cup stand.
  2. Insert the Gevalia® Dark Breakfast Blend T DISC into the brewer; when the green Auto light comes on, press it to start.
  3. Let the mug fill, then relish in this clean, light-bodied flavor.

About the TASSIMO System

ENJOY GLOBAL VARIETY. The TASSIMO Home Brewing System by Bosch makes one perfect cup at a time with the ease of T DISC technology. T DISCs are filled with fresh coffee or espresso grounds, tea leaves or milk creamer (which the system froths for the perfect cappuccino or latte). Slip in your favorite T DISC and in just about a minute, your brewer makes coffee (iced or hot), tea, cappuccino, latte, crema, mocha, espresso or hot chocolate just to your liking.

ASK FOR THE BARCODE. Each T DISC uses a special barcode that tells your brewer exactly what to do: the size of the drink, the amount of water required, its optimal temperature, and how long to brew it. It's like the know-how of a seasoned barista right at home. All the brewing happens inside the T DISC, keeping the machine clean and ready to use. You can also manually control the strength of your drink with the press of a button.

Excellent I actually settled on this with a recent order (To reach free shipping amount) during one of Tassimo's sales. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! This is truly an excellent coffee. Keurig can have a ton o' pods (and they do!) but they all basically taste the same due to the inferior system, so who cares..lol.

Remember ..quality *vs* quantity ? Tassimo='s quality, while Keurig merely ='s quantity..I'll take quality everytime...unless it is a huge QUANTITY of QUALITY TASSIMO DISCS..LOL

Answer: 
The reason is Tassimo the brand is owned by Kraft Foods and they only allow their machine to work with the Kraft brands Gevalia, Maxwell House... So if "ACME Coffee" made by another company wants to produce T-Discs they can not. Where as Keurig (a much simpeler design no bar code) will let anyone make K-Cups. Much like an Apple computer you will never get a virus, you will have better customer service, a better experience all around but you can not use 85% of the applications that exist. Tassimo makes a better cup of coffee and a better experience all around but if you want Green Mountain butter truffel crem brulee mocha chocolate irish cream coffee not going to happen. You have basically two big widely available brands Maxwell House And Gevalia with mild, medium, bold, and extra bold.

No, but Tassimo does allow you to brew extra....when regular brew cycle is finished (and the upper right LED is lit), just push and hold down the brew button until it's the size you want. ;)

The number of T-Disc varies per package. This information can be found on the Tassimo website by selecting the product you are interested in and choosing the packaging. Once that is done, hoover the mouse over the packaging and that will magnify the area that shows the number of servings per package. Contacting Customer Service at 1-877-834-7271 is another option.
