Effective April 1, 2015, online shopping of Tassimo products will be moving to our Kraft partner site Gevalia.com. This means Gevalia.com will be your new home to shop your favorite Tassimo products online.
Will delivery of my order(s) be delayed during the site downtime?
No. We shipped your favorite Tassimo beverages before our scheduled maintenance. Your items should be at your doorstep soon.
Can I make changes to my account while the site is down?
No. Access to your account will resume on April 1st when we have completed our system maintenance. Your account information will then be available on Gevalia.com.
Can I place an order while the site is down?
During the downtime you can find all Tassimo products on Gevalia.com under Shop Tassimo. However, keep in mind existing Tassimo accounts are not yet migrated until April 1st and will not be tied to your existing accounts.
Can I place an order for Tassimo on the Gevalia website now?
Yes. Be aware your Tassimo account is not yet migrated to Gevalia.com. If you create a new account or new order on Gevalia.com it will not be tied to your existing Tassimo account. You may access your Tassimo account on Gevalia.com as of April 1st.
